A ready to use plaster bonding agent wih added aggregate to provide a key when plastering on smooth surfaces. Contains sand/aggregate to provide plaster key. Ready to use, one coat application. Perfect for use on smooth substrates. Pigmented yellow to identify treated areas.

Foil Safe PVCu Solvent Cleaner

A non-dissolving cleaner for use on unplasticised PVC profiles and profiles covered by foils.

LevelMaster Water Mix Self Levelling Compound

A one part, cementitious, chloride / protein free, levelling compound. When mixed with water it provides a smooth, level base for most common internal floor types such as concrete and sand / cement screed.

PC101 Inhibitor

Build Cert and WRAS approved. A high performance inhibitor of scale, rust, corrosion, hydrogen gassing, microbiological growth and boiler noise. Suitable for use in all types of indirect systems, including aluminium based. Once added to system PC101 never needs to be replaced unless the system is drained down.

WP100

A premium quality, low mod neutral cure silicone for perimeter sealing of external door and window frames. Rapid curing with good adhesion properties. Conforms to ISO11600-F&G-25LM and BS5889:A.

Oil Stain Remover

An oil ingesting solution for removing unsighlty oil and grease stains from tarmac and concrete. Simply pour, allow to dry and brush away. VOC free formulation. Bio-degradable.

Organic Cleaner

Colour Enhancer

Tarmac Restorer

Clear Coat Block Sealer

A ready-to-use, clear sealant for block paving, paths and driveways.Protects from water penetration; staining and dirt/grime build-up. Advanced "Hybrid" technology. Ready to use. Excellent abrasion and chemical resistance. Inhibits organic growth. Solvent free.

Floorbond PSA

Pressure Sensitive Adhesive. A premium grade "pressure sensitive", solvent free, acrylic adhesive for use with resilient floor coverings. It is non staining, has excellent resistance to plasticiser migration and may be applied by either trowel or roller.

Floorbond CTT

Carpet Tile Tackifier. A solvent free modified acrylic emulsion formulated to provide a permanently tacky film for the removable fixing of "loose lay" carpet tiles. This enables the tiles to be easily lifted and replaced when required. The adhesive in non staining, resistant to plasticiser migration and may be applied by either roller or brush.

Floorbond MPA

Multi-Purpose Acrylic. A light coloured, solvent-free, acrylic emulsion adhesive. The adhesive has a long open time with early tack development, is non staining and has excellent resistance to plasticiser migration.

Mega Stik

A fast curing, adhesive foam that has been specially developed for the rapid installation of plasterboard, insulation boards, floorboards and roof decking. Supplied in an aerosol can, the product can be used with a standard foam gun. A multi-purpose, polyurethane construction adhesive in a can – but not just a drywall adhesive. The cured adhesive is an excellent heat insulator and has exceptionally good adhesion properties. Can also be used to dampen sound.

LX16 Wood Adhesive

A solvent based, heavy duty, interior adhesive for bonding all types of wood flooring. Ideal for use where the nature of the wood flooring makes it particularly prone to warping when bonded with a waterborne adhesive. Easy to spread with a high shear strength and short open time.

Floorbond GP Flooring Adhesive

A solvent-free, high tack carpet adhesive with zero calculated VOC’s and contains Microban anti-macrobacterial protection.

Schonox VD Primer

A universal, solvent-free primer for use on porous and non-porous substrates. Can be applied to both walls and floors in internal applications. Designed for use with “water based” levelling compounds and Schonox LC Latex if a primer is required. Quick drying times and good coverage rates (can be used neat or diluted depending on sub-floor). Carries EC1 rating for very low emissions.

Schonox SHP Primer

A solvent-free, 1-part, acrylic dispersion primer. Can be applied to both walls and floors in internal applications. This primer contains special additives that make it suitable for use on dense impervious substrates. Ideal for priming over existing, firmly bonded, flexible floorcoverings prior to application of AP Gypsum levelling compound. This would include vinyl, linoleum and rubber coverings. It is recommended that this primer is only used where existing floorcoverings cannot be removed. Carries EC1 rating for very low emissions.

Schonox SDG Surface Membrane

A dispersion based ,1-part, ready mixed surface membrane. Solvent-free, water resistant coating for interior use. Has excellent penetration properties and high coverage rates. Currently for use on substrates with a residual moisture of up to 90% RH.

Schonox FPL PLUS Levelling Compound

A cementitious, self-levelling, water mix, interior flooring compound. For use from 3mm – 40mm thickness or 10mm – 60mm when bulked out with silica sand / 3mm granite chippings. Has low stress levels, high strength values (25 Newton compression strength) and very low emissions (EC 1R). It is suitable for use with underfloor heating systems and for castor wheel loading. This product is protein-free and frost resistant.

Schonox AP Gypsum Levelling Compound

A synthetic, gypsum, interior self-levelling compound. For use from 1mm – 30mm or 10mm -45mm when bulked out with silica sand / granite chippings. High strength values (40 Newton compression strength) with low stress. Protein-free, very low emissions (EC 1). It is suitable for use with underfloor heating systems and for castor wheel loading.

Schonox APF Gypsum Levelling Compound

A synthetic, gypsum, fibre reinforced, interior self levelling compound. For use from 3-15mm thickness. This product has a high compression strength of 40 N/mm2 but is also highly flexible and has low stress. It is protein-free, chromate free, has low pH values and good working properties. It carries the EC1 rating for very low emissions.

Schonox Emiclassic Floorcovering Adhesive

A truly multi-purpose, pressure sensitive, acrylic dispersion floorcovering adhesive. Suitable for probably 97% of all floorcoverings onto porous or non-porous sub-floors. Emiclassic will bond PVC, Designer PVC, Linoleum sheet, rubber up to 4mm thickness, cushioned vinyl, carpets and has recommendation by major floorcovering manufacturers. It is completely solvent-free and has low odour making it ideal for sensitive installations. It has a good bond strength, rapid curing properties, and requires only a short open time. Carries EC1 rating for very low emissions.

Rapid setting high polymer levelling compound for use from 1mm-20mm.

Rapid setting repair mortar from 1mm to 50mm with a 4 hour overlay.

Schonox Fix

Rapid setting repair mortar with 30 minute overlay.

Schonox Multifix Adhesive

Releaseable adhesive for use with boradloom carpet and carpet tiles. May be diluted to approx 50% with water.

Schonox LC Powder

Self levelling latex compound. Must be uses with Schonox LC Liquid. This product cannot be mixed with water.

PC600 Noise Buster

A non-acidic boiler descaler which stays in the system for life; no need to flush. Knocking and kettling are usually attributable to hard water and limescale and sludge deposit formation on the heat exchanger surfaces. These deposits reduce heat transfer which increases fuel bills and reduces service life of the boiler.

Xtreme Always

Anti-mould silicone sealant. Guaranteed to prevent mould, mildew and bacterial growth for up to 10 years!

Xtreme Stoneseal

Stoneseal is a specially formulated, low mod silicone designed for use with natural stone products. It is a neutral cure sealant that will not bleed or leach in to porous stone and is ideal for use with marble and limestone as it will not react.

PC100 Inhibitor

PC400 Flushchem

A heavy duty flushing chemical for cleaning boiler heat exchangers, radiators and pipework in domestic central heating systems.

PC500 Radleak

An effective leak sealer for sealing inaccessible leaks and weeping joints in a sealed central heating system.

PC700 Bond Flux

A water soluble flux paste. Radiator friendly as will dissolve in hot or cold water.

PC800 Pipeseal

A solvent based cement for sealing uPVC, muPVC and ABD products. Brush applicator for easy use.

PC900 Pipe Jointing Compound

A non-toxic jointing compound which acts as a lubricant enabling pipe threads to be screwed tight. Easy to apply. Thick, smoothable paste.
