Quality Policy Statement

The stated Quality Policy of the management team at Bond It is to ensure that the requirements of ISO 9001:2000 and regulatory requirements are fulfilled and improved where possible.

By adopting a system "customer focused" approaches to improve customer satisfaction by meeting and exceeding their expectations, Bond It will develop, implement and improve the effectiveness of the Quality Management System in place.

The management is fully committed to the continual improvement of its Quality Management System by rigorous review of customer satisfaction responses and service performance at all levels.

This Quality Manual has been prepared as part of the management system in place to ensure that our staff fully understand and practice the quality approaches identified to assure that we fully meet the expectations of our customers at all times.
